After running First Aid in disk utility several times these
messages appear:

Warning: SUID file "System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/DesktopServicesPriv.framework/Versions/A/Resources/Locum" has been modified and will not be repaired.

Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent" has been modified and will not be repaired.

Also my applications constantly shut down; 'application has quit unexpectedly

Are these monsters related or are they two separate issues?
