Hi
Just started using mac, and wanted to do over some icons to get an even cleaner UI. After reading a bit about custom icons, I launched photoshop, and made text-only icons to use with my programs, and especially within the dock.
I followed the instructions i could find, making 512 x 512 icons, and saved them as *.tif files with transparency on. Now, the problem is, as I'm copying them from finder, to copy/paste them into program info, the transparency seems to have lost its way somewhere in finder. If I open the image-files, they show up with transparency, but in finder, they are only white squares (the text is white) with frames around them. When I paste them into the program info, they show up in the dock as white squares as well. What might I be doing wrong?
Best regards
