Hello everyone,

i need help, this is scaring me.

Whilst using photoshop which i do all day everyday along with lot of other programs at the same time. It would not crop an image, stalling then saying that my scratch disc is almost full. Then a mac window popped up saying my startup disc is almost full.

I have checked my disc space and i have 30gb free. I have had that much space for quite some time with no problems. Suddenly it says this and i cant figure it out.

any help would be great

To both posters, how long is it since you did some disk maintenance such as deleting redundant files, unused applications even?
Second, have either of you used Onyx to do system maintenance. If not, I recommend that you do so. The application is free and available from Titanium Software.
Third, have either of you recently reinstalled the OS using Archive & Install? Doing so will have created a spare Previous System folder which occupies a lot of disk space.
