keychain login problem

here is what I did : I went to keychain access for some reason and found two keychains for a pop thing I did not want and I wanted to get rid of it so I did a delete of some sort (I cant remember now what all it said), but the point is I deleted all the key chains. Every last one. I thought I could do an "Undo" as in a windows system and could not. Very frustrated I put it aside thinking I could just replace the keychains later. I have for most all things. However, now when I go to my email I have to do a keychain password every time for one of the three of my mails I access. I open it off and on three to five times a day and do not want to keep it open. what it says is "MAIL WANTS TO USE THE "LOGIN" KEYCHAIN; PLEASE ENTER THE KEYCHAIN PASSWORD" I had never had to do that before. It just took it the first time and always loaded from then on. Is there a way to fix this? Have I made a major mistake. Shoot, I have no idea about this one at all.

Also, I do not know if this is related but I just got adobe after affects and when I wanted to run it I was asked for a password to prove I was an administrator on the computer. I had never set that or any other accounts on this computer so I thought the two might be related for some reason. Got an idea on this?

I AM HAVING THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM WITH MAIL AND APARENTLY A LOT OF OTHERS ARE HAVING THE SAME. I HAVE EMAIL APPLE MAIL AND AM WAITING ON A REPLY. I HAVE TRIED SWITCHING SOME SETTINGS AND EVEN REINSTALLING MAIL. I GET THIS PROBLEM ALMOST EVERY MINUTE THAT I HAVE MAIL OPEN FOR. I AM CURRENTLY USING ENTOURAGE WITH NO PROBLEM, BUT DON'T LIKE IT AT ALL.
