"Forbidden, perhaps you need to change the file permissions for this document or upload an index page"

It is probably run of the mill, but i cant seem to sort it or find any information relating to this issue?

sounds like it could be a problem on their end. looks like their permissions got switched around on the index page. do you have a cached page of theirs to look at to get contact info? what site is it? just wanna see if it happens to me too.

Don't think i have anything stored as i used disk utility thinking it might be a stored issue and i wiped all info! all automated information before does not work (including online banking).

The problem with the site access happened when i clicked on a an email link (which i created).

The site is http://www.mobilediscodirectory.co.uk

the problem is not with your computer, the problem is on their server. It is likely they uploaded a new file to their server and forgot to set the permissions of the file that anybody can read it. They will likely realize their problem soon and fix it, otherwise if you have receieved any e-mail from them you should use that e-mail to contact them and inform them that their permissions are set wrong on their index page.
