    20" iMac C2D 2.16ghz, 13" MacBook 2.0ghz, 60gb iPod vid, 1gb nano
    When booting up hold down the Apple and S keys
    Don't forget to use the new User Reputation System

    can is there something in the boot scripts i can chanage so it will do that everytime.

    ok, I figured out how to start it up in verbose mode to the console everytime. Whenever i start it up it says verbose safe mode at the top and won't let me log in as root or my user name.

    Specs:
    G4 1Ghz OS X 10.4.7
    That is because that boot up is the single user trouble shooting mode

    type exit once in Verbose SafeBoot. PS. I switched the standard loging thing to just a conole in /etc/ttys
