Hey fellow mac users, I've almost got the hang of everything mac... though it seems not yet .Mac. I have been trying to upload a 94mb video to my iDisk, everytime though it never gets past the closing file stage (I've tried with different files of that size... same issue). I end up having to relaunch the finder which never works again until i do a forced restart! And if it helps I'm running leopard. Anyone know what's going on??

have you tried logging into .mac through your web browser?

In the side bar they have there, it shows the .Mac status. Make sure the service isn't down.

Are you actually waiting for the file to upload?? A 94mb upload on a standard cable connection, depending on your upload speed might take anywhere from 5-10min.

With .mac it *looks* like its uploaded quickly when you first drag it into idisk. It goes through the percentage done thing and gets to the "closing file" stage just a few seconds after you drop it in. It makes it looks like its uploaded the file that fast, but in reality it is still transferring the data.

I wish it gave an accurate indication of how much of the file is actually uploaded from start to finish.
