Just got my Macbook back from Apple and they didn't install iPhoto, iDVD...etc......I am pretty sure this was pre-loaded when I bought my Mac.....as this is standard, right?

If I put in the discs that came with my macbook, will this install that on my macbook? I already installed Leopard before I realized my iPhoto etc...was not on there.

Yes it will install. It is part of the bundled software that came with your Mac so the iLife suite will be on your restore disk.

insert your disc that came with your mac in the first place. open it and click on the setup button. it will install everything that same with your mac.

enjoy

great, thanks! I called Apple and they said I could pick and choose what I wanted to install...since I had already installed Leopard. Worst case, I can install all of Tiger and then re-install Leopard. My poor Macbook. ;D

yea that totally sucks! When you expect it just "works out of the box" not spend another hour to upgrade to Leopard and then to find out you are missing some standard applications! BUT, you will love the macbook when its all said and done.
