ms paint program?

I'm looking for simple drawing program like mspaint. anyone have any suggestions?

basically i just want to draw on pictures, simple stuff.

sorry but paintbrush sucks. Always freezing, displaying the pinwheel for five minutes, and then shutting itself down. My fix? Put it in the trash.

It is free with an expanded option that has a cost but very nice program.
