Resizing remote desktop window

I searched the forums, but no luck. I have installed and began using remote desktop on my MacBook Pro. I am using it to connect to my office windows based machine. I am new to Mac, so a lot of the shortcuts etc... are a little new to me, but I cannot for the life of me resize the remote desktop window. It remains this small screen that I can move around but not resize to take advantage of my beautiful new desktop space.

Thanks in advance for any help...
