hi all. i don't know if the copy i have on my mac is recognizing the glitch in the matrix or if i need to do something a little different, but as of recent, everytime i attempt to unstuff/ unarchive a document, i just get the barbershop progress bar with the "x" greyed out. the app never opens, so i can't force quit, but yet it shows the file that it's attempting to open within its "unopened/ opened" interface. the only way that i've been able to quit out of the program is to restart my mac, and after the 3rd time, this is getting quite annoying. any suggestions? thanx.
