having some trouble with microsoft office. i am a college student and i use the email account that my university provides me in order to send and receive school documents. when i attach a file to my email, i can open it up fine on a windows based computer (i usually type something at home, send it to myelf via email and then print it out using the school's printers--i live off campus). i have trouble however opening any office files that are sent to me. recently, i also could not open a windows media file that was sent to me also via this email account. any one know what my problem is?
could it be my browser?
