1st let me say. I'm below novice when it comes to applications or iOS. I do have a new MacPro but having trouble trying to initiate RSS feed function into my website builder w go daddy. Tried to subscribe to RSS but says I must have a "reader." Can someone please advise me which reader I should download so I can move 1 step closer to building my optionpros.net website? I'm knowledgeable w trading stock options (esp. AAPL) but building this (novice) website is another story. I want a simple site that shares option trading ideas so I'm trying to connect cboe rss and other news feeds and some kind of blog format & possibly a format w twitter as well. I should pay to get this done but it's time I learn this for myself & have some control finally. **Please guide me to a proper free reader in itunes*** Sincere Thanks! JT

Sorry it's not really clear what you actually want.

Are you wanting an RSS feed that you can integrate into your website?
or
An iOS RSS reader application (can't see any connection to the website if this is the case)
or
An OSX RSS reader application (can't see any connection to the website if this is the case)

iTunes only has a App store for iOS devices.

Sorry if I'm missing the mark here but I'm struggling to understand what you're trying to do. If you just want to integrate RSS feeds into your site GoDaddy have components pre-built for this in their web builder

Thank you for responding MrPlow. That was very kind of you and I greatly appreciate it.
Yes, I want a RSS feed I can integrate into my website. I have a 2014 MacPro OS X 10.9.4
When I click on RSS link on CBOE website or any other website RSS feed a window pops up and says "There is no application set up to open URL feed." then it asks me to either search app store for an app that can open this doc, or choose existing app from your computer. I downloaded a couple "news reader apps" but they don't open the URL feed ie CBOE RSS. The apps I've tried are typically for adding URL's to one page but no application to open URL feed. I read feedback from "reader" apps in iTunes and see others with the same issue. - Bottom line, I need to find an application that will open URL feeds. I also realized Apple discontinued this automatic service for the new Macs or with Safari. I'm a novice Mac user but I'm not a total idiot lol. It sure makes me feel like one. Could you please walk me through this process? It's been so frustrating that I can't find an answer so I can proceed with building my optionpros.net website. Your the only response I've gotten for help so I hope you can know how much I appreciate your kindness. Sincerely, James Taylor

You've got two completely separate issues here:
1. You want an RSS reader. That will let you see and read RSS feeds on your Mac. I prefer Firefox myself but Vienna is a popular standalone app
2. You want to embed RSS feeds in your GoDaddy site. Look here for info on adding feed contact to your site

Thanks mate! The Netnewswire did the trick. I got a few more steps forward but seriously thinking about leaving this stuff to the professionals. I'm feeling good about my progress though lol. Thanks again Chas!

Cheers.
