Keynote 9 Audio missing from QT exported movie

MBP 15", 2.4 GHz, 8GB, Lion
Using Keynote 9, I imported video into presentation that was edited in iMovie 9. When I export the presentation to quicktime movie the audio is missing from the imported mov video clips. The background music, which is part do the entire presentation plays. The audio file for the video clips plays fine in the standard keynote presentation mode. The audio is being exported as ACC, 44.1 hz, mixed, best quality, 320 (spec required for use on Vimeo).
