Non-junk in Mail junk folder

I have one specific contact whose emails go straight to my junk folder in Mail. They're not tagged as junk, so there's no Not Junk button for me to use.

The first few times this happened, I thought I could stop it by using the Add Sender To Address Book command in the Message menu. She's in my address book, but all her emails still go right into the junk folder.

Any suggestions on how I can stop his happening repeatedly? Thanks.

Do you have a mail rule defined for that specific sender ?
Check in Mail / Preferences / Rules

Hmmmm.... If it is not a rule, then there is something in the header of the E-mail.
Could it be that the E-mail is flagged as junk by your ISP ( gmail, yahoo, iCloud, me.com ..... ) before it arrives in the Apple mail client .
This is a wild shot, but it may be worth looking into it.

Figured it out. Her email was being marked as junk by my email host -- which in this case is Rackspace.

Posted the solution before I saw your second suggestion, McBie. Thanks for your help!
