I have an old (2004) but fully functioning Microsoft Entourage which I currently use for e-mails on my Mac (Snow Leopard). Recently I received an e-mail message which froze the program every time I tried to highlight it, or delete it.Then I noticed that the symbol to the left of the message (envelope with vertical green lines attached) appeared different - i.e. no vertical lines, only the closed envelop.
So, I need to find a way of deleting this message ... any thoughts ?
