    How do I change my default media player from Quicktime to Windows Media Player

    That wouldn't make much sense, as Windows Media Player on the Mac only plays WMV and ASF files, unlike the Windows version.

    You should download Flip2Mac(free) which is a plugin for quicktime that plays WMV files. It works a 1000% times better than WMPlayer which is nothing but a crippled version of the windows version.

    And considering MS just ended development of WM on the Mac.
