word processing program for mac?

My freind has a mac. He wants to type up is resume. what program should he use? which allows compatability with a PC?

- Good old Microsoft Word.
- Open Office
- iWork (Pages)

There are others as well...these are some of the more popular.

Thanks! I thought officeorg should work. I sent him the link. :)

He would want to SAVE as .doc? though correct? then when he sends it out to companies using Winblows they can open it?

If he is going to be submitting the resume by email suggest putting out for Office 2011. It is the best suite in the business.
