Spotify not working

for some reason, spotify stopped working on me. i am getting error code: 113, which is suggests is likely a firewall issue, but i have my firewall turned off... i tried a clean reinstall.. any other ideas? thanks.

I just went through their list of error codes and like you stated, they're saying it's firewall related. But they also mention it's connection related. Unless your ISP is somehow shutting them off, the only thing I can think of is to completely remove Spotify and try reinstalling it.

i just moved into a new apartment, so i am assuming it's something to do with their something... if that's the case is there nothing i can do about it?

How are you connected to the Internet? Is there a router involved?

Most likely if the Internet is provided by the apartment, they may be blocking spotify and you'd need to talk to them about it.

You can always test if if you have a laptop by taking it to a wifi hotspot somewhere.
