Splinter Cell Conviction mac requirements

I was looking on steam and it seems Splinter Cell Conviction has come to the mac and I was looking at the requirements and they leave me kind of confused. At one point it says "Graphics: 512MB video ram (see supported list)"

My graphics card is a ATI Radeon 2600HD PRO which has 256MB video ram but it is under the supported list. So will my card be able to handle this game?

Edited the typo in your title.

You should be able to play, however, you may be limited on the rendering. In other words, you may have to settle for slower speeds and lower resolution graphics.

Folks who are into gaming should really think about a graphics card with a minimum of 512 MB of VRam. And, 1 GB for best performance.

I bought my mac in Oct 2008 and apparently my graphics card can't be upgraded
