Help! I updated my software 2 weeks ago, and since then have been unable to open my itunes folder. I have checked the permissions, under "get info", and have had to add myself back but this has not worked. Any suggestions please, now on OS X V.10.5.8 on a 2008 macbook pro and have Itunes 10.2.1.

Should i delete the itunes app and reinstall the app? Would I lose all my itunes content.... I do have it backed up on time machine.

Thx for any help here.

Try repairing permissions through Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility.
