No, not if it's a Windows program, you'll have to run it in Windows.

    What program is it?

If it is still a Windows only program, try installing Windows with BootCamp.

Or going down to version 2 which is Mac compatible. If you have version 3 need another license to run different version on your Mac.

And there is a version 3 available for Mac but you may have to pay another $388 if you use the PC version:-

Lightroom 3 will run in OS X 10.5 or 10.6. I thought the disc had both installers on it, but what do I know. Check the package. Don't think you'll be able to run it on both Windows and OS X with the same license though. If you have a Windows only disc, call Adobe and ask to transfer your license to your Mac.
I cannot be held responsible for the things that come out of my mouth.
In the Windows world, most everything folks don't understand is called a virus.

Best of luck with that. Be sure to let us know what alternatives you find to run a Windows version of Lightroom on your Mac for free...seriously.
