So I'm planning to swap drives between my eMac and my Windows tower since the tower needs space more than the Mac does.

I'd really prefer to NOT have to reinstall Windows and all the games, so I want to find a program to clone my NTFS drive to my external. I tried WinClone, but it doesn't want to work on my eMac, says something about the architecture (Intel only perhaps?). CCC only works with HFS, is there anything else I could use?

If you want to clone a NTFS drive to an external, it makes sense to use a program that works from Windows. Acronis True Image is a program that works nicely - however, it's not free. You can also try "partimage" which is free. This is a Linux program which you can run from a live CD.

Regards.
