I have a new Mac Mini and I loaded my old version of Final Cut 4 and it says
that I am missing an AGP graphics card. What can I do?

Try this: In Finder go to the Final Cut application, right click and choose "Show Package Contents" From there find the file "Info.plist". Open it in Text Edit (or Property List Editor if you have Developer tools installed. Find the string that says AGP, and change AGP to PCI.

For the record, that worked for me when I got (at the time) my new 20" iMac iSight. It's PCI Express and I own Final Cut Express. It was made for older Macs with AGP video cards.

I did at that time what Vegas suggested and it worked great.

Over one Hump onto another

So that worked and now it starts to load without giving that error, But now it gets stuck saying Loading Audio Filters... and when I right click FCP Icon in the dock it says Application Not Responding and I have to force quit it. What Now?
