Need help to make a form.

I have both iPages '08 and MS Office 2008 Home & Student version. I would like to design a couple of forms, but cannot find any templates for either program that would let me re-arrange things for my particular use.
Does anyone out there know where I might find a template for either program that would let me move things around for my needs?

No, because you haven't said what you need.

Rather than spend a bunch of time looking for a template that is reasonably close to what I want, I just design my own spreadsheets. I have a few that track my personal finances that aren't too complicated. But, I have another that sets up a budget, uses that data to track expenditures vs. budget, and then uses that data to do an annual report. It isn't that hard to make my own.
