I am having a problem sending Word .doc attachments from my Apple Mail v2.1.3, to a Gmail account, which is opened on a PC operating Windows Vista.
Basically, instead of receiving the files in their original format, they are received in .zip format, obviously making it more time consuming to open each document.
I have tried the following:
- appending file extension;
- clicking 'Always send Windows Friendly Attachments'.
If anyone could give me some guidance, I'd be very appreciative! :Blushing:
