Audio off in Toast..

Macbook intel core duo 2.0GHz, 2 GB Ram
I burn movies every once in awhile with Toast, and it seems like 2 or 3 out of the 5 or so movies I can fit on a DVD always has the audio off by about a second or two. This is odd to me considering the audio is perfect when I watch them on my computer. Any ideas as to how to sync it up to know? Kinda sick of wasting DVD's all the time, considering many of the movies are unwatchable.
