    The program is called Istat and will monitor many of the hardware features of your Mac. it can be found here: iStat menus, a Mac app by iSlayer

    TheBadMonkey is correct it is called iStat menu.

    If you look at the menubars of the screenshot and the link below, both are the same:

    iStat menus, a Mac app by iSlayer

    In your screenshot there are parts of the program that are disabled and not shown in the menubar, but it's definitely the same program.
