Usually when i type some thing in the address bar like google, the .com will automatically populate and it will jump to the correct page. Now it will go to my Internet Providers page. It will only go to the page I want if i enter in the .com

If I input google and not enter in .com it goes to,
http://ww23.rr.com/index.php?origURL=http://google

I tried using Firefox and it does the same, i'm sure it has something to do with my modem from the my ISP. Its happening on both my macs. Any suggestions how I can change this back if possible?

Thanks in advance for any help.

It looks as though your isp's DNS servers are trying to generate some ad revenue for themselves...

I'd recommend switching to OpenDNS: It automatically forwards those kinds of requests to the most likely (and safe) domain target and also has a bunch of other features (phishing protection, the ability to add custom url keywords etc.)

Just enter these two DNS servers into your Mac or router's DNS settings:
208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220

You see that little link at the bottom of your ISP's page?

"Opt In or Out of this Service"

Click that.
