what settings would you do for the best quality encode of a .mov file?

I have pretty much all the codecs. I am currently messing around with x264 but cannot seem to find the right settings.

    Thanks

ok...i have NO idea if I'm doing it 'right' or the best way, but i'll post what I chose to do after doing a bit of research myself. I'd love to also have other peoples feedback as well to see if I should change it up also.
