Adding new Radio Streams to "Radio" in iTunes 7

is there a way to add a station to the "Radio" playlist in iTunes 7? I want to add my local NPR station, and while I can add the stream to the Library, it won't show up in the "Radio" playlist below the Library. iTunes help was of no use.
