Hi guys
can anyone help here i have an ipod touch 8GB which is not recognised by my iMac on USB or Firewire it will charge with firewire but it will not charge with USB.
I have OS X 10.5.8 leopard and iTunes 8 installed but it wont even show up on my desktop I have done a full Reset and it is now asking me to connect to iTunes which i have done but of course it is not recognised as as being connected.
any suggestions please I have done a search of the post and tried most things but just in case i have missed something i thought i'd ask
Please Disregard the above It looks like I don't have the correct version of iTunes having just done some investigation work very sorry
