Verizon SIM card?

Hello,

I recently upgraded my Verizon iPhone 4S to the iPhone 5. I sold and shipped my 4S on ebay. After doing so, I realized that I forgot to check/remove the SIM card. My question is, does the Verizon iPhone 4S have a SIM and if so, does it contain any sensitive information stored on it?

On a side note, I restored the phone as well as doing a wipe via an app.

Would appreciate any help.

The Verizon iPhone does not require a SIM card to work here in the USA since Verizon like Sprint uses CDMA. There should be nothing stored on the SIM card anyway if one was installed.

That I don't know for sure. My Verizon iPad 3 does have a SIM card installed but it's also not used here in the US. My understanding is that the SIM card slot is there for using the phone in areas that use GSM. (Most countries use GSM rather than CDMA)

You would have to call Verizon customer service and ask them if a SIM card came installed in the 4s.
