I really, really hate the new font on the iOS7 update! Is there any way of changing it?

    Specs:
    13" MBA. 15" MBP. iPhone 4. 3G Pad 2.
Changing the font ~ Not possible.
Have a look at the options under General > Accessibility.
Larger Type / Bold Text / Increase contrast etc.
Maybe there's an option there that will help.

    Specs:
2015 rMBP, 2008 iMac, iPhone 6, iPad mini, 13" MBP, AppleTV and two MacMinis
As torchy said, you can adjust. If it's just too small, Larger works well. If too thin, Bold works well. And if you need both, go for it.
