    Scratches from fingernails
Will fingernails scratch the screen? It would seem with all the touching it would be easy for a fingernail to come in contact with the screen especially for some of the ladies.

Have you ever seen fingernails scratch glass?
I cannot be held responsible for the things that come out of my mouth.

I assure you, these screens are not made out of rubber/jelly! LOL
Unless your nails are made out of steel, the real question should be, will the screen damage your nails?!

Try watching the cat playing the iPad video, that's proof that nails won't ruin the iPad screen.

Your fingernails might scratch the back of the ipad though. That's why I'd keep a cover on it always. The screen is really resistant to scratches but the back scratches easily.

The risk of a scratch terrifies me! I went as far as to get an iPad skin at sticviews to help protect from scratches on the back of my iPad as well!
