Voice memos- keep original name after sync
Hi all, I teach TOEIC to students in South Korea. For my midterm exam I interviewed 115 students on a TOIEC speaking questions, recording their answers on my iphone. I saved each file with their name and class code. I would now like to organize those files on my computer. The problem is that when I do, the files change names into dates. I love my iphone and Apple products, but this is ridiculous. Why can't I just copy the files to my computer with the original names? What do I need to do??

You can transfer files using iCloud or another means such as Dropbox. It would help if you tell us which computer you're using... is it a Mac? Another way would be to save those files on your iPhone in an app such as Pages and then transfer them to your Mac using iCloud and Pages. (assuming you're using a Mac)
