Can't get print server to work! HELP!
I am new to Mac and just bought a Mac Mini. I have a Linsys Wireless G-Print Server with an HP Deskjet 5650 attached but don't know how to get t to work. Help please.

    Specs:
    ibook G4 12 inch running mac os 10.4 with: 60 gb HD+256 mb ram+Radeon 9200
    System Preferences>Print & Fax>Set Up Printers...
Then on the printer list click add then click the drop down list and select HP ip Printing and it will probably detect the printer and if that doesn't work do it manually and find out the printers ip or select ip printing in the drop down list.

How do I find out the IP address of the printer?

Find out your printer servers ip by going to your routers control panel and checking what devices are connected to it and their should be one device named Print Server and an ip should be next to it but that depends what type of router you use, it should be similar.

13.3 MacBook Air 1.7 i5 - also, Mac Mini and dead 12in iBook G4 (RIP)
Bought a Belkin wireless print server...

"Print wirelessly from ANY printer" it says on the box.

    Lie !!

"Print wirelessly from any Windows PC", it should have said as the installation CD only has windows files and there is no Mac OS X support on the web...

Good luck with the Linksys thing... if there is a help line, try them but you'll probably find that - like Belkin - they have less idea how to make their stuff work with a mac than you do...

Regarding the printer itself, plug it into the Mac with USb or whatever cable you have and look for the drivers in the Mac's printer menu... if you can make it print when directly connected, then you'll know you only have to fight your way through the Linksys...
    Where's the right-click button?
