Weird thing.... I have been downloading and installing Big Fish games easily since getting my MAC a few years ago but suddenly my MAC no longer installs these programs. It literally just happened. As of two days ago, the game icon appears and just bounces and bounces in the Dock and does nothing. There's no message, nothing. Even GIMP for Mac no longer installs after downloading. Does anyone know what I can do. I haven't done or added anything different to the MAC hardware/software recently that would alter what has been habitual performance for years.

Thanks

Or perhaps failing?

If it is not full boot from the DVD and run Repair Disk, or if Lion, use Lion Recovery.

@pigoo3
No. On the bottom of my finder window it says I have 59GB left.

@harryb2448

Ran "hardware check" and no problems were found. And all my software is up to date; nothing to download. Nevertheless... I can now install again and don't know why. Maybe a ghost in the machine? Thanks, guys for the advice. Guess it worked.
