using internet barrier x6 with sophos

Do you guys know if it is ok to leave sophos installed after installing internet barrier? I know they say not to use two antivirus programs but sophos is business grade protection and I'm not sure if it applies to the internet barrier program.

Also, what about using internet barrier with little snitch/hands-off - does anyone know?

Most experienced Mac users here do not use any AV software at all. There are no Mac OS X viruses. Having said that, if you feel you must have AV, download ClamXAV which is freeware. If you run Windows on your Mac, Microsoft's Security Essentials is also a very good free program.
