I have never had this service, and now my new roommate set up a new router and all of a sudden many sites I visit frequently are blocked.
I have a very difficult time understanding networking issues. I don't know what DNS or DHCP is. I was hoping that someone could give me very simple and straightforward instructions as to how to remove this feature.
