"Rock On Sign" Rude anywhere in europe?

basically, i have been working on this poster for a european event and am wondering, if i were to include hands in different shapes and include the "rock on sign" \m/ lol if that's okay? this is a matter of urgency...
is this best to be avoided? :S ANY comments will be appreciated and + Rep rewarded....

Just don't use that when you are trying to display numbers. :p You will totally confuse them. They consider your thumb number one, in France. Therefore if you use your index finger, or pointing finger they think you are saying two.
