Question Canon 450D not capturing all pictures..
I was out today shooting at the beach.. I spent about 3 hours doing so and would have thought I might have taken somewhere near 120 shots?

When I come home and import them into Aperture I only have 51 photos.

Every time I shot a picture I could see it straight away on my LCD but they were not in the import.

I went through the images on the camera and they are definitely not there.

Could my SD card be too slow? Its the only thing I can think it may be.

It's ok I found all my other pics on my SD card.. For some reason when I import them to Aperture it didnt move them across. I'll just use a card reader in future!

A little tip. Always use the camera to erase the SD card. Do not do it using iPhoto, it messes up the cards in my experience.

I have been formatting the SD card after shooting. I also find using a SD card reader a lot easier!

I took your advice - I edited in Aperture and then just moved to iPhoto for viewing
