Need Help Installing Win7!

Hello,

Trying to install Windows 7, using the guide here: Using Boot Camp to install Windows 7 on your Mac: The Complete Walkthrough – Simple Help

Only problem, I go to partition the drive and get the following:
" the disk cannot be partitioned because some files were moved. Back up the disk and use Disk Utility to format it as a single Mac OS Extended (Journaled) volume. Restore your information to the disk and try using Boot Camp Assistant again"

I recently backup up my mac with time machine on my external western digital 500 GB harddrive, so is that the cause? How do i get this fixed?

True Bassist has a spectacular aura about
Mac Specs: MBP/2.4GHz Core 2 Duo/4GB RAM/500GB 7200rpm/15" LED Screen/NVIDIA GeForce 9400M & 9600M GT (256MB)
Do what it says. Back-up, reformat using Mac OS Extended (Journaled) and repeat. I'm pretty sure this has something to do with previous bootcamp partitions or VM Ware stuff that cannot be moved...

I had the same problem. I did what it said, but Bootcamp still wouldn't partition it for me, so I just used Disk Utility to shrink my main partition, make a new one in Fat32 and then booted Windows from CD and told it to format the Fat32 partition and make an NTFS partition instead.
