Windows Vista Transfer Emails from Postbox to Thunderbird?

Hello. My mom uses Postbox currently (as I used to). Her BETA is about to expire (in less than 2 weeks) and we don't want to pay for 1.0 right now. As a result she is moving to Thunderbird. She wants to retain everything that was in Postbox when she moves to Thunderbird (accounts, settings, emails, addresses, etc.) I need to know if I can copy this data from Postbox to Thunderbird.

Thanks Kash! Most helpful. +1 rep.

(I'll get that rep to you as soon as I can. I've got to "spread some around".)
