Just as the subject reads. You can install the Windows 7 UPGRADE using Boot Camp without needing a previous copy of Windows installed. Here's how:

It is a violation of the Microsoft EULA
not to have an eligible upgradeable previous copy of Windows on hand. Any doubt, please read the appropriate MS EULA for your copy.
