Windows - Bootcamp problem

Hi , I'm from belgium and I bought last friday my first Mac.
I'm very happy with it but I wanted to install my old windows xp disc on bootcamp. I followed the steps but the problem is that if I want to put my computer on , there is a blue graphic with 3 options :
Press ENTER ...
Press R ...
Press F3 ...

If I press on these buttons there just happen nothing
I can't just put my Mac system on :s
can somebody help ?

jeltekalkman is an unknown at this point
Mac Specs: Early "09 Macbook Alubody 13" / iPhone 3G 16GB Black
you need parrallels, latest is best,
you can simply find it as a torrent-file,
instal it following the steps in the program.

I find your description of the issue a little vague, what's this blue graphic?... and putting your system on :s... explain.
Be a little more specific please.
