Hi I have been a PC user for many years and have just recently turned Mac. I bought a MacBook Pro this week and was wondering what would be the easiest and most convenient way to install Red Hat Fedora 11. I am still trying to get acquainted with Mac OS so I'd be appreciated if someone can point me to a user friendly method of installing Fedora. Thanks for reading, and thanks for your help!
Have you considered virtualization? It would be a great way to install and use Linux as long as you don't have to do any intense work with it (anything that uses a lot of CPU resources and/or video memory)? Look at either VMWare Fusion, Parallels or VirtualBox. If I'm not mistaken, VMWare and Parallels have videos on their website that will explain perfectly what virtualization can offer you.
