Windows - Boot camp and parallels

So, I have vista installed via boot camp and was wondering if I could use the same installation for parallels and if so, how? The only information I find requires me to install vista again, is it possible without having to erase everything again?

You can use your Boot Camp installation of Vista as a VM in Parallels. You do not have to re-install Vista. The only thing you will have to do is activate Vista once more from the Parallels VM.

Regards.

Okey, I did, but now when I try to activate vista, it says the code is already in use. I did only use it for the boot camp instalation, what's wrong?

Did you install the guest tools before activation? That should assist. If not, call Microsoft and they'll give you another code. not to worry.
