Any good downloading softwares??

Hi guys, as a new member, this is my first post, hopefully I'm at the right place asking this question... Some backgrounders: I just switched from using a PC into a Mac, and I used to download music using FlashGet, I'm just wondering if there's any good and free download managers for Mac? Thank you in advance for you help!
