Windows - Parallels or Fusion?

Very basic question I have for anybody willing to help out. Recently installed XP through boot camp because of some windows only software I need to run for my school. I'm growing rather weary of constantly restarting and booting up into Leapord and XP. So which is better? Parallels or Fusion?
